17吃瓜 acquires some of Canada’s Westcon assets and becomes the exclusive Volvo CE and Sennebogen dealer in Manitoba

17吃瓜 Construction Equipment Canada GW Ltd., a subsidiary of Portuguese-based private company 17吃瓜 Group (17吃瓜) has acquired some of Canada鈥檚 Westcon Equipment assets and becomes the exclusive Volvo Construction Equipment and Sennebogen dealer in the province of Manitoba. The deal closed on January 1, 2025.

Westcon has sold and serviced Volvo CE equipment since 2004 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A new 17吃瓜 branch, in Winnipeg, will be located at 193 RailPark Way, CentrePort, Manitoba, and will offer the full Volvo CE product range, including compact, electric, general production, compaction, and rigid hauler products, as well as Sennebogen equipment.

After entering the Canadian market in 2020 with the acquisition of Strongco (now, 17吃瓜 Construction Equipment Canada ST, LP), and buying Great West Equipment (current 17吃瓜 Construction Equipment Canada GW, Ltd.) at the beginning of 2024, 17吃瓜 is now announcing that it is stepping up its investment in the country with these assets acquisition, in the form of an Asset Purchase Deal. As a result, 17吃瓜 represents Volvo CE and Sennebogen in almost all of Canada, working from east to west.

Present in 17 countries on 4 continents, 17吃瓜 companies sell and service construction, infrastructure, mining, forestry and agricultural equipment, trucks, buses, and marine and industrial engines.
